No WiFi Internet (FSIMV)

User is seen registered to the Ruckus Wireless system as an Unauthorized user, even with a valid IP address within the local IP address range, but the user is not able to access any resources or the internet on the local FSIMV network.  The user is connected to the FSIMV WiFi wireless network.

Open the IE browser and navigate to the Ruckus Wireless authentication page at:
https://192.168.5.45/user/user.jsp
Select the option for Self user authentication.
Have the user login with his/her Windows network credentials.
Confirmed the user is able to access the local network resources and internet service via the FSIMV WiFi.
